37 WAYS TO SPICE UP YOUR MARRIAGE.

Keeping your marriage fresh is hard work. Though you may be more in love with your spouse than ever, you have to make an effort to keep your connection and your sex life from growing stale.

With full-time jobs, parenting jobs, and endless day-to-day tasks, it's easy to fall into a comfortable (and let's face it — boring) routine with your spouse.

There are several practical techniques to spice up your marriage and rekindle the romance in your partnership.

With a bit of intentionality, you and your spouse can find simple ways to spice things up.

A healthy relationship requires communication, kindness, trust, and fun.

Below are what you can do to spice up your marriage

1. GO OUT ON DATES TOGETHER.

When did you and your spouse last go out on a date?"

Your marriage will not thrive if you spend ALL YOUR TIME being "Mommy" & "Daddy"! This is why many marriages become boring.

Children are a blessing but don't reduce your marriage to just raising children alone and paying bills.

You need to spend time as a " Husband " & "Wife" too... Balance is the key!

Make time for quality time.

Both of you need to INTENTIONALLY do things that make you enjoy each other's company.  Give your children to a relative or close friend for some hours and have a nice time with your spouse.

Taking breaks from your children is healthy, date night with your spouse is needed and essential.

2. WATCH FILMS TOGETHER,

3. GIST TOGETHER. Communication is the backbone of marriage.  Make communication fun. Be excited to see your sweetheart, to hear about their day, and to spend time with them.

Taking a shower together is a simple way to spice up your sex life. Taking time to shower together is both relaxing and sensual. Having your spouse wash your back or shampoo your hair helps to relieve pent-up tension after a long, hard day. Remember to take your time when lathering your spouse’s body.

8. HAVE SEX OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM. Your home has multiple rooms, so why isolate sex to just your bedroom?  Have sex in the bathroom, in the sitting room, in the kitchen, and book a room in a hotel just for you and your spouse to make love

Share with your spouse what you want and need from your sex life. Tell him/her what you enjoy. If you had a great night of sex, say something. Compliment your spouse and encourage him/her to do it again.

If you want better sex with your spouse, then you must be willing to talk about it. While sitting on the couch, talk about what is working, what you wish your spouse did more often, and what you enjoy. Remember, our spouses are not mind readers. Let your spouse know what you like and how you like it.

36. LEARN AND SPEAK YOUR SPOUSE'S LOVE LANGUAGE

Learning and speaking your spouse's love language is one of the best things you can do to enhance your everyday life.

The 5 Love Languages:

✅Words of Affirmation: Offering supportive words, leaving love notes, or sending an “I’m thinking of you” text message during the day.

✅Acts of Service: Loading the dishwasher while you take a shower, arranging the sitter for date night, or offering to run to the grocery store

✅Receiving Gifts: Small tokens, flowers and surprises

✅Quality Time: Spending time together, eating dinner, date nights and grocery shopping together

✅Touch: Hold hands, foreplay

No one language is better than the others. Practicing each love language requires different interactions to make your significant other feel loved.

YOUR MARRIAGE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT TO BE!

May The Lord Make Your Marriage A Heaven On Earth In Jesus' Name.
