With more celebrities' marriages crashing, more singles are having fear of marriage while some super singles and some divorcees are encouraging the younger generation to walk away from toxic marriage.
The question is, who asked you to marry a toxic person in the first place?
The problem is not marriage, the problem is, you don't know how to pick the right person for your life.
You didn't pick the right person because you don't know who you are, where you are going and who can help you get there.
That is why born again Christians depend on God who knows their future to reveal the best person who can walk along with them successfully on the journey to greatness. This is where Gods will is very important.
Some people don't have any problem keeping their marriage when they are struggling, the moment they hit jackpot, all hell breaks loose because their partner doesn't have the innate capacity to handle their greatness or stardom. They feel so stuffed, abused and caged, they had to let their partner go so they can breathe!
On the other side are singles who are so addicted to money they are not ready to make any marriage work!
Some marry super rich super stars so they can share all the fame and money and still have all his time, that's insane! No man can give you all his money and time at the same time!
You either choose money or you choose time!
Many get married to money only to realize too late money won't listen to them, understand them, show them compassion and care for them.
It's good to have money, plenty of it. Poverty and lack won't give you joy and pleasure either. But while pursuing money, don't neglect your marriage other wise you have to choose between money and marriage.
You can't eat your cake and have it.
